Data we collect

• Contact details you share when you book a demo, subscribe to the newsletter or email us — name, work email, phone, company and your message.
• Usage data such as pages visited and approximate location, collected to keep the site secure and to understand what is useful.
• Customer data you upload to the platform during an evaluation or subscription. This is processed on your behalf and remains yours.

How we use it

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, run requested demos, provide and improve the platform, send the newsletter you opted into, and meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent for marketing communications, on the performance of a contract to deliver the service you signed up for, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and improving our product. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing and processors

We share data only with vetted service providers who help us run the business — for example hosting, email delivery and analytics — under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Evaluation data is deleted at the end of a trial on request, and customer data is handled under the terms of your agreement.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. Email info@vedanshis.com and we will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of essential cookies to function. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand how the site is used, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and which forms are submitted. These analytics cookies are set only after you choose Accept on the cookie banner; if you choose Decline, no analytics cookies are stored. Analytics data is kept for 14 months and IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors and we do not sell it.
